I had a chance to see a bike built up with XX1, live and in person. It isn’t in my immediate future, but separate from that, I’m really not sure how I feel about it. I prefer my bikes to be aesthetically engaging.

I had thought that, once built up on a bike, the monster cassette would look less aberrant. I’m not sure it does.
